Delegate Dillon moves to amend the Committee Substitute for House Bill 4971 on page 3, subsection (e), line 47, following the word "costs" by inserting the following language:

" exclusively from industrial customers"

and,

On page 4, subdivision (4), line 72, following the word "year" by inserting the following:

": Provided, That all recovery of costs described in this section shall be born exclusively by industrial customers and not residential customers."
